More than moments

Momen9 exists because the invitation is the first thing a guest sees, and for most celebrations it is a picture in a group chat that nobody can read on a phone.

What is Momen9?

Momen9 is a digital invitation platform made in India: a host creates one invitation for a wedding, a birthday or any other celebration, and every guest gets their own personal link on WhatsApp, with their own RSVP, and needs no app and no account.

What it is
A digital invitation and celebration platform. One invitation becomes a personal page for every guest: greeted by name, showing only the functions they are invited to, with their own RSVP.
Who it is for
Anyone hosting a family or company celebration, built first for Indian weddings and the way invitations are shared in India, on WhatsApp.
Occasions
Weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, baby showers, housewarmings, retirements, graduations, naming ceremonies, rice ceremonies, farewells, reunions and festival parties, and company events.
What it does
Invitations from a template or an AI draft; a personal link and RSVP for each guest; wishes, photos, quizzes and polls from guests; a live page on the day; and a memory page afterwards.
What guests need
A phone with a browser. No app to install and no account to create.
Templates
81, including ten regional Indian wedding traditions with their ceremonies in order.
Languages
English, Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia and Urdu.
Festival wishes
A separate free product: a full-screen festival greeting made for one person and sent on WhatsApp, with no account, for Diwali, Holi, Eid, Christmas, Navratri, Dussehra, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi, Pongal, Onam and New Year.
Price
Free to start. Paid plans are priced per celebration, not as a subscription, and the price is shown before anything is charged.
Privacy
Guest lists are never sold, rented or shared, nobody is advertised to, and guests never see each other’s phone numbers or email addresses.
Operated by
Satish Kumar, an individual based in India.

The problem we started with

A wedding invitation goes to four hundred people. Two hundred of them are only invited to the reception. Thirty are family who need the full three days of details. A handful are travelling and need directions to a hotel. Everyone receives the same image.

So the questions come back one at a time, to the two people with the least spare attention in the world that month. Who is coming. What time. Where exactly. Can I bring someone. It is answered a hundred times over on WhatsApp, and it is nobody's fault.

What we built instead

One link per guest. It opens instantly on any phone, greets them by name, and shows only what applies to them. They reply in a few taps. The host sees a list rather than a hundred conversations.

Then it keeps going. On the day itself, wishes and photos appear as they happen. When it is over, everything gathers into a page you can look at in ten years.

What we will not do

Your guests do not need an account, and we do not ask them for one. We do not sell or share your guest list. We do not advertise to the people you invite. Guests never see each other's phone numbers or email addresses, because that list belongs to you and not to us.

Every guest link can be rotated or revoked, so a lost phone is an inconvenience rather than a problem. The details are in the privacy policy.

Where we are

Momen9 is built and run in India, for celebrations that mostly happen over WhatsApp on phones with imperfect signal. That shapes every decision: pages that load fast, invitations that work without an app, and prices in rupees.

We are early. If something is missing or broken, telling us actually changes what gets built next.
