Receipts, refunds, or a payment that did not go through.
Include the celebration name and the date of the payment. We do not need your card details, and we will never ask for them.Privacy and your data
A copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of an account and its celebrations.
Write from the email address you signed in with so we know it is you. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
A note on urgency
If your celebration is today and something is wrong, say so in the subject line. We would rather be interrupted than have you fixing it alone at the venue.
For anything about the data we hold, the privacy policy covers most questions before you need to write at all.
