Terms of service

You need a Google account to sign in as a host. Keep it secure, because anyone who can sign in to it can run your celebrations. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least eighteen, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Your photos, text and guest list remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them for the purpose of running your celebration, and for nothing else.

You confirm that you have a reason to hold the contact details you upload, and that the people on your list would expect to hear from you about this celebration. You are responsible for what you send them.

• Send unsolicited marketing to a list that is not really a guest list.
• Upload content you have no right to, or that is unlawful or hateful.
• Attempt to reach another host's celebration, guests or data.
• Probe, overload or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where a celebration is imminent we will try to reach you first, but we do not have to.

Guests use Momen9 through the link you send them, without an account. What they submit, such as wishes and photos, appears only after you approve it if you have moderation on. You decide what is shown.

The free plan is genuinely free. Paid plans are a one-off payment per celebration rather than a subscription, and they unlock the features listed at the time of purchase for that celebration.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Payments are handled by our payment provider. Nothing is unlocked until the payment is confirmed by them, not by your browser.

If something did not work and we cannot fix it, write to us within seven days and we will refund the celebration. Refunding removes the paid features from it.

We work hard to be available on the day that matters, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance, and will avoid doing so at weekends and on public holidays where we can.

You can delete a celebration or your whole account at any time. Deletion removes your celebrations, guest lists and uploads. Some records, such as payment history, are kept where the law requires it.

Momen9 is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the celebration it relates to.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
